Icaraí Suites offers furnished private short-stay lofts in Icaraí, Caucaia, Brazil. Each unit is designed for a comfortable and practical stay near the coast and is suitable for up to 3 guests.

The lofts include a private bedroom, private bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and essential amenities. The accommodation is suitable for solo travellers, couples, remote workers, and guests visiting the area for leisure, family visits, kite-related activities, or short business stays.

The property is located near local beaches, shops, restaurants, services, and transport options in the Icaraí / Caucaia area.

Icaraí Suites offers furnished short-stay rental suites for guests looking for a comfortable and practical place to stay near the coast. The project is operated by Mivera Beheer, a Dutch private company that manages its own business assets and related operating expenses.

Our two complementary units are located next to each other, each with its own unique layout and character. This makes them an ideal choice for small groups of friends or families of up to 6–8 guests who want to travel together while still enjoying their own privacy. Share a Brazilian BBQ at the Varanda Gourmet, while still having your own stylish loft to retreat to. For couples, the mezzanine bedroom offers a romantic and cosy “nest” with a beautiful sense of space.

The lofts stand out with their impressive high ceilings and modern boho design. The master bedroom on the mezzanine is a private sanctuary for two, with space for a child, while the high-quality sofa bed downstairs offers extra flexibility for additional guests or children. With powerful air conditioning and high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi, you will have all the modern comforts you need.

The units are designed with active travellers in mind. No more hassle with sand or wet gear in your living space: each stay includes access to a fully enclosed, secure courtyard with a refreshing outdoor shower and a professional drying cabinet for surf, kite, and beach equipment. Your gear stays safe, dry, and ready for the next day.
